Shipping

Delivery cost inside of Norway is 59 NOK.

Your order will be shipped with Bring to your mailbox. If the parcel doesn´t fit in your mailbox it will be delivered to a local pick-up point.
Orders placed before 12:00 will be sent the following working day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be sent within 2 working days.

Normally the time of delivery is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after receiving your order confirmation.
Delivery may take up to 10 business days during Christmas and holidays.

Items ordered in Norway can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Norway.

Returns & Exchanges

If you decide not to keep an item ordered at MilkyRiver.no, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to send the item back to us.

How to return
1. Please ensure that the item you would like to return is in perfect condition: with all the tags on, unworn, unwashed and clean (no make-up stains or perfume etc.) otherwise the return will not be refunded.
2. Fill in the Return form. Package up the Return form together with the item you want to return in original packaging (where possible).
3. Attach our pre-paid return postage label to the parcel.
4. Please ensure that the parcel is taped securely.
5. Drop off the parcel at one off the Posten parcel shops.
Keep the drop-off receipt until the return is complete and refunded.
The responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

The cost of the item will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card within 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses.

To exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.

If you choose not to use our prepaid postage label it is considered as your wish to pay for return delivery yourself. We do not refund such costs.
